• Represent the brand with professional communication and a brand-reflective presence
• Engage and educate customers on product features, benefits, and craftsmanship
• Maintain expert knowledge of the assortment, services, and policies
• Ensure merchandise presentation and store appearance reflect the brand aesthetic
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Contribute to sales goals and support overall store success

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in home furnishings
• Proven success in exceeding sales objectives through relationship-driven selling
• Proficiency with Mac operating systems, iOS devices, Microsoft Office, and Google applications
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs and perform prolonged standing, bending, and other physical tasks
