Strategic Partnership Manager; PEO Requried

We are seeking a driven and relationship-oriented Strategic Partnership Manager to grow revenue through our partner ecosystem. This role is responsible for developing, managing, and expanding relationships with strategic partners to maximize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a mix of sales expertise, partner management skills, and the ability to drive joint go-to-market strategies.

*** Must have successful sales experience working as a partner in the PEO industry- supporting a product or service into PEOs.***

• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with assigned partners, including PEOs, PEO Brokers, CPAs, etc.
• Develop and execute partner sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Support partners with product knowledge, training, and resources to enable successful sales execution.
• Collaborate with marketing and partner sales leadership to create joint promotional campaigns and demand generation initiatives.
• Identify and recruit new strategic partners to expand market reach as needed
• Track performance of partners, analyze sales metrics, and report on pipeline development.
• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and alignment with business goals.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform partner strategy.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 2-5+ years of experience in partner sales, partner management, or business development.
• Strong understanding of indirect sales models and partner ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partners and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with CRM and sales reporting tools.
• Experience in financial industry or PEO industry.

• Achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual partner sales targets.
• Growth of assigned partner revenue
• Partner satisfaction and retention rates.
• Successful onboarding and productivity of new partners.
