Role Description The Sales Assistant role is a full-time, on-site position based in San Diego, CA. In this role, the Sales Assistant supports sales agents by preparing quotes, organizing client information, and assisting with follow-up communications. Daily tasks include responding to customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, processing documentation, and maintaining accurate records in agency systems. The Sales Assistant helps coordinate multiple insurance product offerings, ensures timely completion of paperwork, and contributes to a professional and welcoming office environment.

This position collaborates closely with sales teams to enhance customer experience and support overall sales goals.
