The Selling Advisor cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement. This onsite role provides styling and product guidance in person and through digital channels while working toward individual sales and client conversion goals.
Responsibilities- Deliver customer-focused service and demonstrate expert styling, fashion, and brand knowledge.
- Use technology, digital tools, and inventory resources to sell and connect with clients.
- Meet sales, conversion, and wardrobing goals through outreach and business planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive work environment.
- Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail.
- Experience selling to clients with digital tools and technology.
- Commission sales experience.
- Motivation to set and achieve sales goals, and a flexible work schedule.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
