Compensation: $70,000 annual

Role Summary

Independently manage assigned studies at the Mission Valley site with Research Assistant support. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on participant recruitment, visit execution, documentation quality, and GCP compliance.

Key Responsibilities

+  Own day-to-day study coordination from startup through close out

+  Lead patient recruitment, prescreening, and scheduling

+  Conduct/coordinate study visits, informed consent, and delegated procedures (vitals, ECGs; phlebotomy preferred, including pediatric)

+  Maintain source documentation, eISF/regulatory binders; support monitoring/audits

+  Enter and reconcile data in EDC/CRFs; manage queries promptly

+  Ensure compliance with protocol, GCP, IRB/FDA requirements; support AE/SAE reporting

+  Partner with RAs to ensure visit coverage, lab processing/shipping, and timeline adherence

Qualifications

+  Prior CRC (or equivalent site) experience; able to manage studies independently

+  GCP training required

+  Pediatric experience strongly preferred, pediatric phlebotomy a plus

+  Experience in pulmonology/dermatology/endocrinology preferred

+  Strong patient facing, documentation, and communication skills

+  Comfortable in a fast paced, 100% onsite environment; recruitment is core to the role
