Job Summary
Bio Legend is looking for a Product Development associate who will be responsible for performing all essential functions related to antibody‑fluorescence conjugation, including following SOPs and batch records and maintaining and analyzing lot histories. The Product Processing Associate will be an integral member of a team that ensures the highest quality of our finalized antibody products. This position offers the opportunity to gain experience with different types of conjugation chemistries and different chromatography methods to purify conjugated antibodies, as well as the chance to work on both small‑scale and large‑scale product projects and to learn to use an Enterprise Resource Planning database to track production schedules, deadlines, and production results.
The role also includes troubleshooting problematic products and applying continuous improvement methodologies for efficiency.

- Perform fluorescent dye conjugation for process development product line or customer conjugation service, purification, and in‑process testing
- Complete production orders in a timely manner
- Follow SOPs and batch records
- Understand various column chromatography techniques
- Use lab equipment such as balance, pipette, spectrophotometer, UV detector, agarose gel electrophoresis, centrifuge, and pH meter
- Use ERP and other databases to obtain information to support bulk processing activities
- Adhere to correct procedures, policies, and health/safety guidelines
- Clean and maintain work area, lab equipment, and supplies
- Perform other projects or responsibilities as required
– Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biochemistry, Chemistry, or another related area
- 1–2 years of relevant laboratory experience related to protein chemistry

- Previous antibody conjugation skills and experience
- Previous ERP/MRP knowledge to execute production orders
- ISO 13485 knowledge
- Ability to perform column chromatography and to use a spectrophotometer, UV detector, and fraction collector

Work Environment & Physical DemandsThe employee regularly works in a laboratory environment with occasional data entry on a computer and occasional exposure to a warehouse environment.

Hourly PayThe hourly pay for this position will vary by level, as we are open to considering candidates at Levels I or II depending on experience and qualifications. Each level has a corresponding range that reflects the appropriate scope of responsibilities and expectations. The anticipated hourly range for this role is $20.50–$33.00 per hour.
The base pay actually offered to the successful candidate will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Please note that base pay is only one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This range allows the successful candidate to have an opportunity to progress within the position and develop at our company. This base pay range does not take bonuses, equity, or other benefits, which may be applicable and are dependent on the level and position offered, into account.
