Position title:

Project Scientist

Salary range: $76,700–$107,700 (minimum pay determined by rank and/or step at appointment).

• Designing, managing, and conducting experiments
• Leading projects and making significant contributions to research objectives
• Training, teaching, and mentoring students and colleagues in laboratory techniques
• Participating in and presenting at scientific meetings
• Preparing scientific reports, manuscripts, and grant proposals for submission and/or publication

Basic qualifications (required at time of application)

• Candidates must hold a terminal doctoral degree in a health-related field, such as an MD (or equivalent), PhD, DVM, or a combined doctoral degree (e.g., MD/PhD).

Preferred Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in mouse genetics, as well as hands-on experience with mouse models of autoimmune disorders, are preferred.
