Service Now is seeking a governance leader to own Knowledge Atlas governance, including tagging taxonomy and content quality standards, across multiple teams. You will set production-ready criteria, build quality gates, and ensure content consistency as AI-driven content scales across the organization.
Collaborating with Product, Engineering, Marketing, CS, and Legal, you will design governance models, implement tooling, and run training workshops to embed governance in our AI-native operations.
