Lab Technician, Neuroscience Biomarkers Immunoassays

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $33.73hr - $38.73hr Requirement/Must Have:
Bachelor's degree (B.S) in Science, Engineering, or Technical subjects. 3+ years of experience in a Biological/Chemistry discipline. Prior experience with sample handling.

Experience with NuLisa, ELISA, and/or Simoa.

Experience with AKTA chromatography. Excellent computer proficiency including MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Graphpad Prism. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision to meet tight deadlines. Ability to run data on human plasma. Responsibilities:
Create and validate assays, execute them, and plan experiments. Implement immunoassays on clinical samples using platforms including plate ELISA, Simoa, Meso Scale, and NuLisa. Maintain equipment and ensure laboratory safety by identifying problems and completing regular evaluations. Participate in tracking biological and medical samples. Develop biochemical biomarkers for disease diagnosis, stratification, and measurement of target engagement. Conduct and interpret translation of research to human clinical trials.

Lead lab-based translational medicine projects. Contribute to clinical research studies including data analysis and quality control. Support study design and protocol development. Monitor proper recording of information and review data to draw appropriate conclusions. Nice to Have: MA/MS degree in a Biological/Chemistry discipline. PhD degree. Chromatography experience.
