Eagles Point Security is actively hiring Unarmed Security Officers for full-time overnight shifts in North County San Diego (San Marcos, Vista, Escondido, Oceanside, etc.).
Unarmed Security Officer

Type and HoursFull‑Time | 40 hours/week
Shifts:
Graveyard shifts | 1 swing shift (6hr shift)
Standing Guard Pay: $17.25 – $18.00/hr. (based on experience)
Responsibilities- Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity
- Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property
- Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
- Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, or suspicious behavior
- Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints as required
- Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports
- Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
- 1 Year Of Security Experience Preferred
- Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English is required.
- Physically able to stand/walk for 8 hours.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
