Provide customer service to students, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an educational location.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of campus buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter points; working environments and conditions may vary by post assignment.;
Monitor access points and campus activity, assisting with visitor check-in and/or directing individuals to appropriate offices while following site procedures.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with school personnel and/or local emergency services as needed.;
Complete patrol logs and incident reports with clear, timely documentation, and communicate observations to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
