Security Officer - Overnight High Rise Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to building occupants and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government facility.;
Conduct regular and random foot patrols of interior spaces, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify conditions that may require attention.;
Monitor access points and public areas, observe for unusual activity, and address questions and/or concerns from the public in a professional manner.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation when appropriate and coordinating with site contacts and/or local responders.;
Document patrols, incidents, and observations in required logs and reports, and communicate relevant information to oncoming personnel and/or site management.
