Security Officer - Part Time Morning Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting details through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify and report security-related concerns or maintenance issues;
Monitor access points and activity within the location to help support authorized entry, visitor direction, and compliance with property rules and post instructions;
Work in varying environments and conditions while maintaining a professional presence and communicating clearly with property management, tenants, and/or emergency personnel as needed
