Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, report unusual conditions, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed during security-related events;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols;
Minimum Requirements:
A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
