Posting Security Officer - Weekend Lobby Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at the front desk;
Monitor access to the location by checking in guests, verifying identification and/or credentials, issuing visitor passes, and documenting arrivals and departures according to site protocols;
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed;
Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and support front desk operations with clear communication and professional presence;
Complete required logs, reports, and other documentation related to access control, incidents, and daily front desk activity
