Events Officer – Temporary / Seasonal PositionAllstate Security is seeking an Events Officer to post at a variety of concerts and other events around San Diego. The position requires exceptional customer service and communication skills. Duties include administering bag checks, maintaining crowd control, acting as VIP escorts, and any other duties required by event coordinators and the security team.
- Command a presence with the ability to guide and mentor security officers in a positive manner
- Enforce contract standards
- Enforce employment guidelines
- Administer site safety programs outlining site‑specific hazards adhering to post orders
- Maintain the ability to handle crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- MUST HAVE FLEXIBLE AVAILABILITY TO ADHERE TO EVENTS
- MUST HAVE RELIABLE TRANSPORTATION
- MUST BE PROFESSIONAL AND WELL GROOMED
- MUST HAVE IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS
- MUST HAVE STRONG VERBAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATION
- MUST WRITE AND SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH
- MULTILINGUAL A PLUS
- MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE GUARD CARD
