Full Time Pay Rate: $21.55 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Wed 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Thur 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sat 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do:
* Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or front desk protocols at a defense-related location.
* Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and credentials, manage visitor access, and document entries, deliveries, and/or incidents in accordance with site requirements.
* Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and support emergency response activities when appropriate.
* Answer phones, assist with directions and general inquiries, and communicate with site personnel regarding arrivals, access requests, and other front desk-related concerns.
* Help to deter unauthorized access by maintaining awareness of front entrance activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and following established escalation procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

* An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
* Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
* Customer service experience is preferred.
* Access control and badge experience is preferred.
* A guard card or license is preferred.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
