Security Officer - Overnight Office Building Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns;
Monitor access points, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report suspicious behavior, unsecured areas, and/or policy violations in accordance with post instructions;
Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation related to daily activities, observations, and/or security-related events at the location;
Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership
