Security Officer - Museum of Arts Morning Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a cultural institution location;
Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related matters according to site guidelines;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, exhibit areas, public spaces, entry points, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require attention;
Monitor access points and support visitor flow by verifying authorized entry to restricted areas, offering directions, and communicating site rules in a professional manner;
Assist with protecting artwork, exhibits, and other property by observing visitor activity, reporting maintenance or environmental concerns, and helping to address security-related issues as they arise
