Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/ or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the residential location including common areas, exteriors, parking areas, and perimeter points;
Monitor access points and communicate security information to site contacts and leadership;
Respond to incidents and resident concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations;
Report unusual activity according to site protocols and assist with visitor/vendor interactions as directed
