Allied Universal - - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to staff, visitors, patients, and/or donors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.;
Monitor access points and assist with visitor entry, staff interactions, and/or delivery activity in accordance with site protocols and assigned post instructions.;
Support daily operations by reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols and routine activities.
