Security Officer - Research Facility

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and/or critical events in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and sharing relevant information with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic, administrative, and common areas, as well as exterior grounds and perimeter locations, noting unusual activity and helping to deter unauthorized access;
Monitor entry points, observe campus-related activity, and provide guidance to visitors and/or deliveries in support of daily location operations and established protocols;
Assist with reporting hazards, damaged property, and/or policy concerns, and support emergency drills, after-hours checks, and other assigned security-related duties as needed
