Type: Part‑Time and Full‑Time
Pay:$19.00
Shift: Day Shifts
- Maintain a strong security presence inside a high‑volume retail store
- Observe, identify, and report suspicious behavior or potential theft activity
- Entrance security for high‑visibility loss prevention
- Deter theft through professional engagement and observation
- Support store management during incidents or emergencies
- Complete accurate written reports on incidents, observations, or recoveries
- Monitor entrances/exits and enforce store loss‑prevention policies
- Work closely with retail staff to maintain a safe and secure shopping environment
- Respond quickly and professionally to high‑risk situations
- Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
- Own a black suit and back tie (Required)
- A working smartphone with data
- Reliable transportation to and from the site
- Strong customer‑service and communication skills
- Ability to stand and walk for 8‑hour shifts
- Excellent situational awareness and ability to remain alert
- Experience in retail loss prevention or security preferred, but not required
- Ability to observe discreetly without confrontation unless authorized
