Security Shift Lead Officer (Sony Playstation)

Location: Playa Vista, CA, United States

Compensation: $23.19 per hour

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers.
• Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment range.
• Handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of assigned area.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills; ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Ability to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Must read and understand all operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws; may be required prior to employment.
• Must possess a valid Driver’s License with at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record and minimum insurance as required by company policy.
• Successful completion of background investigation and pre‑employment drug/alcohol test;
  Driver’s Record check may be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client sites.
• Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Work in various environments such as cold weather, rain/snow or heat.
• Occasional lifting or carrying up to 40 pounds; climb stairs, ramps or ladders occasionally during shift.
• Stand or walk on various surfaces for long periods of time.
