Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and security-related policies;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations;
Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas, reporting maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations;
Support emergency response activities by assisting with evacuations, directing foot traffic, and documenting security-related incidents in a clear and timely manner
