Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents, tenant concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of commercial property grounds, building exteriors, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access points and observe site activity, reporting unusual conditions, property concerns, and security-related incidents according to site procedures.;
Maintain accurate daily activity reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.
