Security Officer - Hotel Parking Structure Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a transportation location.;
Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency responders as needed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of parking areas, pedestrian routes, entrances, exits, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may need attention.;
Monitor access points, observe vehicle and foot traffic, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns according to post orders and client guidelines.;
Support crowd management, directional assistance, and general presence throughout the location to help maintain orderly operations during peak traffic periods, special events, and/or service disruptions.
