Provide customer service to transportation facility personnel, visitors, drivers, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of transportation facility buildings, parking areas, entry points, loading areas, and perimeter locations.;
Monitor access points and observe vehicle and pedestrian activity to deter unauthorized entry and report suspicious activity, hazards, and policy violations to appropriate personnel.;
Respond to incidents, vehicle-related concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and notifications according to site procedures.;
Maintain clear, accurate activity logs and incident reports, and communicate professionally with site contacts, dispatch personnel, and emergency responders as needed.
