Eagles Point Security is actively hiring Unarmed Officers for both full-time and part-time overnight shifts in Carlsbad CA.

Position:
Unarmed Officer

Location: San Diego, CA
Type: Full-Time
Shifts: Graveyard shifts (4x10-hour shifts)
Pay: $18.00/hr. (based on experience)

Responsibilities Include:

Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity
Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property
Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols
Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior
Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity.
Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports
Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff

Requirements:

Valid CA Driver's License. Maximum of 1 point on driving record (copy required to interview).
Valid Guard Card issued by BSIS (required).
Strong verbal/written communication and attention to detail.
Tech-savvy: must be comfortable using reporting apps and GPS tracking.
Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)
1 year of security experience preferred
Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required.
Physically able to stand/walk for entire shift
Professional appearance and demeanor
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
