Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, and store personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout the retail location, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and potential hazards.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.;
Monitor access points and observe activity within the location to help deter unauthorized entry, theft-related activity, and policy violations.;
Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
