Security Officer - Afternoon Retail Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.;
Monitor access to the property, verify visitor and contractor authorization in accordance with site procedures, and assist with directing guests to appropriate locations.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate personnel according to site-specific procedures.;
Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports, communicate professionally with property management and occupants, and support a professional presence throughout the location.
