Security Officer - Morning Vehicle Patrol Driver

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential community grounds, building exteriors, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.;
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established site procedures.;
Document daily activities, patrol observations, incidents, and policy violations in clear and accurate reports.;
Assist with access control, visitor interactions, and monitoring of residential property activity in accordance with site-specific requirements.
