Shifts:

Graveyard shifts (10‑hour shifts) | Pay: $18.00/hr (based on experience)

• Maintain a strong security presence and deter unauthorized activity.
• Conduct continuous foot patrols throughout the property.
• Monitor access points and enforce entry protocols.
• Respond to and report safety hazards, incidents, client contacts or suspicious behavior.
• Use mobile reporting software and scan checkpoints to report hourly activity.
• Document incidents clearly and professionally in written reports.
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents, guests, and staff.

• Valid CA Driver’s License. Maximum of 1 point on driving record (copy required for interview).
• Valid Guard Card issued by BSIS (required).
• 1 year of security experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication and attention to detail.
• Tech‑savvy: comfortable using reporting apps and GPS tracking.
• Reliable transportation and a working smartphone are required.
• Physically able to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
