Flex CP / Swing-Grave Backup Officer

Schedule:

Thu–Mon 2200–0600 (Flex CP) + Additional Swing/Grave coverage as needed (based on callouts and planned time off)

Pay Rate: $21.06 – $21.84/hr

Position Summary

As a Patrol Driver, you will be responsible for securing multiple client locations. This position requires active patrol, prompt response to dispatch calls, and consistent documentation of all activity.

Daily responsibilities include patrolling assigned properties, responding to dispatch calls regarding noise disturbances, trespassers, and other security-related concerns, and maintaining a visible and professional presence at all times.

Patrol Drivers are responsible for completing Daily Activity Reports (DARs) and Incident Reports using a mobile reporting application. Duties also include initiating gate openings and closures, performing property lock-ups, conducting door checks, and addressing transient activity when necessary in accordance with company policy.

This role requires flexibility and availability to assist Field Supervisors and support additional operational needs when requested.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to dispatch calls and security-related incidents
• Complete DARs and incident reports accurately and in real time
• Perform gate openings/closures and property lock-ups
• Conduct routine door and perimeter checks
• Address trespassing and transient activity in a professional manner
• Maintain communication with dispatch and field supervision
• Assist Field Supervisors as needed

Job Requirements

• MUST possess an active BSIS Guard Card
• MUST be 25 years of age or older
• MUST have a valid driver's license with a clean driving history
• MUST have reliable transportation
• MUST demonstrate strong customer service skills
• MUST have strong verbal and written communication skills
• MUST write and speak fluent English
• MUST pass a background check and random drug testing
• Fair Housing training preferred but not required
