Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and parking facility users while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of parking areas, garages, entrances, exits, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.;
Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic, assist with access control procedures, and report unauthorized parking, suspicious activity, and policy violations according to site protocols.;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.;
Prepare clear and accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and daily activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements
