Armed Security Flex Officer

Allied Universal seeks an Armed Security Flex Officer to provide professional security coverage across multiple client sites. In this role, you'll patrol facilities, control access, and respond to alarms and incidents while maintaining strong customer service. Flex Officers adapt to changing schedules, shifts, and locations, supporting diverse clients. You'll follow strict safety and use-of-force protocols, document incidents, and collaborate with supervisors and public safety partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide armed security presence at multiple client locations as assigned
• Patrol premises, monitor entrances, and control access per site procedures
• Respond quickly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies, de-escalating when possible
• Enforce safety, security, and client policies with professionalism
• Complete accurate incident and activity reports in a timely manner
• Conduct bag checks, badge verification, and visitor screening as required
• Coordinate with supervisors, law enforcement, and client contacts as needed
• Adapt to changing schedules, shifts, and site assignments as a flex officer
• Participate in required firearms, use-of-force, and security training
• Maintain a high level of vigilance, situational awareness, and customer service
