Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter areas to identify and report unusual conditions or potential concerns.;
Monitor access to the property, observe visitor and contractor activity, and report unauthorized entry attempts or policy violations.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and documenting activities.
