Monday-Friday | 10:00 AM-2:00 PM
As a Metro One Security Officer, you’ll play an important role in creating a safe, welcoming, and professional environment for clients, employees, and customers.
- Maintain a visible and professional security presence
- Protect clients, employees, customers, and assets
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor the property and conduct patrols
- Identify and report security concerns
- Complete accurate incident and activity reports
- Support loss prevention and safety procedures
- Professionally de-escalate situations when necessary
- Follow Metro One and client policies, including our hands-off policy
- Represent Metro One and our client's brand with professionalism
