Title: Master Plumber

Salary: $40.00 - $42.00 hourly

Job Purpose

As a master plumber at American Assets Trust, you will play a role in shaping the plumbing systems on various projects, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with local codes. We seek a meticulous professional with proven expertise in residential plumbing installations and maintenance. This role is key to ensuring the smooth execution and operational functionality of plumbing systems across our residential portfolio.

Duties
  • Lead plumbing projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, providing effective solutions while minimizing disruptions to clients.
  • Supervise and mentor junior plumbers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects.
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and regulations, keeping abreast of changes and updates.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive plumbing designs for new construction and renovations.

  • Strong work ethic
  • Valid Master Plumber's license and extensive experience in plumbing installations and repairs.

  • Strong knowledge of plumbing codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
