This role is the primary service and maintenance contact for Trane Technologies customers in a defined market with a diverse commercial base including Healthcare, Process Manufacturing Facilities, Education Institutions, and Office Complexes. You will be commissioning, troubleshooting, repairing, and starting up HVAC systems in a commercial environment. In order to perform your task you will utilize your knowledge of air conditioning theory, pipe fitting, and mechanical layouts.

** Where is the work:*

* What you will do:

*
* In this position you will be responsible for organizing the warehouse and delivering parts and tools to work sites for the field service technicians.  In addition, you will periodically be required to perform minor maintenance on tools and shop equipment to ensure they function as intended.

** Responsibilities:*
* + Deliver parts and tools to service job sites.

+ Under the direction from Service Team Lead, assist in minor maintenance of tools and shop equipment.

+ May be required to use a variety of small hand tools to repair warehouse equipment or vehicles.

+ Maintains stock of inventory, company equipment and vehicles including shipping and receiving.

+ Maintains and organizes shop/warehouse and ensures MSDS compliance with all chemicals stored in shop/warehouse (keep records of chemicals that need pickup for waste disposal).

+ Required to log and track large tools and equipment to and from job site and log any repairs made to the equipment.
