Senior Appliance Repair Technician$1,200–$2,500 per week (based on experience & performance)

We’re seeking a Senior Appliance Repair Technician who brings deep technical knowledge, confidence in complex diagnostics, and pride in doing the job right the first time. This role is ideal for a seasoned pro who wants premium pay, autonomy, and the chance to help elevate the entire team.

What You’ll Do- Diagnose and repair complex appliance issues across major brands
- Handle advanced troubleshooting and escalated service calls
- Serve as a technical mentor for junior technicians
- Deliver top-tier customer experiences with clarity and professionalism
- Help improve training, processes, and first-time fix rates
- 5+ years appliance repair, HVAC or advanced technical experience
- Strong diagnostic skills across multiple appliance categories
- High standards for quality, safety, and customer service
- Leadership mindset and willingness to mentor others
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Must be able to lift or maneuver 50 pounds
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Smart Ware experience
- Refrigerator sealed system knowledge and hands‑on experience
- Bilingual is always a plus

As the Lead Appliance Repair Technician, you are the key component in providing excellent customer service by providing high-quality maintenance services for our customers' appliances.
Here are your primary responsibilities:- Diagnose and repair home appliances and equipment
- Provide cost estimates for repairs
- Effectively communicate with the customer to ensure they understand the services needed
- Order parts and ensure efficient use of company materials
- Collect payment for work performed
The pay range for this position is $1,200 to $2,500 weekly, depending on your experience in appliance repair. You also will have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commissions.
