Location:

Must reside in San Diego North County

Have your own truck or van capable of hauling a 10' ladder. Not necessarily having every tool, but have the basics. Know which specialty tools are needed for certain tasks.

Must be a quick thinker, able to examine issues presented by the customer and propose solutions to them in a prompt and professional manner.

Must be able to communicate effectively with Management, Office Personnel, Fellow Employees, Homeowners, Suppliers, Property Managers and Commercial Customers.
