Duties
* You will instruct apprentices, trainees, journeymen, workers, and others to urge them to follow instructions and procedures.
* You will pass on instructions received from a supervisor and task workers and gets the job started.
* You will demonstrate proper work methods and techniques and check work in progress to ensure the supervisor's instructions on work sequence procedures, methods and deadlines were met.
* You will remove, install, align and rig flight control systems, rotor systems, engines and related parts.
* You will work along with other employees and set the work pace.
* You will maintain communication with supervisors and production management informed on the status, progress of work and constraints. Requirements Conditions of employment

* You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
* Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.
* You must take and pass a pre-employment physical examination.
* You may be required to wear personal protective equipment such as helmets, gloves, coveralls, glasses, goggles, respirators and safety shoes continuously for the duration of the work shift.
* You may be required to work various shifts on a rotational basis including overtime
* You must obtain and maintain any required certification and/or license as a condition of employment.
* This position requires lifting and carrying objects up to 40 pounds. Qualifications Although a specific length of time and experience is not required for most trade and labor occupations, you must show through experience and training that you possess the quality level of knowledge and skill necessary to perform the duties of the position at the level for which you are applying.

This job has a screen-out element which will be used to determine minimum eligibility for this job.
