We are hiring a skilled Stucco Finisher in San Diego to apply and finish stucco, plaster, and decorative coatings on a variety of residential and commercial projects. This is a full-time employee role with benefits and growth potential.
Responsibilities- Apply base and finish coats to interior and exterior surfaces
- Mix, color-match, and apply stucco and plaster materials
- Patch and repair surfaces as needed
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet project deadlines
- Maintain safety and cleanliness on all job sites
- 2+ years of stucco or plaster finishing experience
- Experience with spray and hand application methods
- Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolding
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Detail-oriented with strong quality standards
- Stucco/plaster certification or apprenticeship
- Experience with acrylic and synthetic finishes
