Responsibilities- Apply and finish stucco and plaster coatings to specification
- Prepare substrates and mix materials
- Coordinate with leads on quality and scheduling
- Follow safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- 3+ years of stucco/plaster finishing experience
- Strong craftsmanship and attention to detail
- Comfortable with ladders, scaffolding, and lifts
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
