Join our San Diego team as a full-time Aerial Rigger. You will be responsible for safely installing and operating swing stages, scaffolding, and aerial lifts to support commercial and residential coating projects.
Responsibilities- Set up, inspect, and dismantle scaffolding, swing stages, and aerial lifts
- Operate boom lifts, scissor lifts, and hoists safely
- Inspect rigging and fall protection systems daily
- Coordinate with field crews and project managers
- Follow all safety and PPE requirements
- 2+ years of aerial rigging, scaffolding, or lift operation experience
- Understanding of OSHA and manufacturer rigging standards
- Comfortable working at heights
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physical work
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Strong safety focus and attention to detail
- Certified rigger or scaffold builder
- Experience with suspended scaffolding and swing stages
- NCCER or equivalent credential
- CDL or equipment operator certification
