We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Installer who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and is committed to delivering a five-star customer experience.

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Installer with experience in residential plumbing installations and replacements. The ideal candidate is dependable, self-motivated, and capable of completing jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship and professionalism.

• Install residential water, sewer, and gas piping systems.
• Perform whole-home water repipes (PEX, copper, Uponor, etc.).
• Install and replace sewer lines, drain lines, water mains, and cleanouts.
• Perform trenching, excavation, and underground plumbing installations.
• Install water heaters, tankless systems, filtration systems, and fixtures.
• Read blueprints and plumbing layouts when necessary.
• Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners regarding the work being performed.
• Maintain clean and organized job sites.
• Work closely with technicians, sales staff, and management to complete projects on schedule.
• Accurately document completed work and materials used.

• Minimum 5 years of residential plumbing installation experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and best installation practices.
• Experience with PEX, copper, ABS, PVC, cast iron, and underground plumbing.
• Ability to operate excavation equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, trenches, and confined areas.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.

• Trenchless sewer systems (CIPP) preferred but not required
• Hydro jetting experience is a plus
• Service Titan experience is a plus
