Essex Property Trust in San Diego, CA, seeks a Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, handle work orders, unit turns, grounds, and common areas to preserve assets and provide a quality living environment.
Schedule Tuesday-Saturday, 9AM-6PM; HVAC and appliances experience required; on-site five-day workweek with on-call potential. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to lift 50+ pounds. Knowledge of electrical/plumbing and property software is a plus.
