(STOPS) has been providing training services and products for the military, law enforcement, first responders, and other organizations responsible for Homeland Security. We are seeking an experienced Welder with a minimum of 5 years of professional welding experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate expertise across various welding techniques, possess the ability to meet rigorous quality standards, and be capable of working on military installations and projects requiring strict compliance. This position requires flexibility to travel, both domestically and internationally, to support project needs.

• Perform high-quality welding using a variety of techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick, etc.) on steel, aluminum, and other metals.
• Read, interpret, and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and welding specifications.
• Ensure welds meet industrial and company standards for strength, durability, and precision.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and tools in a safe working condition.
• Adhere to all safety and compliance requirements while working on military installations.
• Support fieldwork, including installation, repair, and maintenance of metal structures and components.
• Travel to domestic and international project sites as required.

• Minimum 5 years of professional welding experience .
• Strong knowledge of welding techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.
• Ability to obtain access clearance to military installations (background check required).
• Willingness and ability to travel, including internationally.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in varied environments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality workmanship.

• Competitive hourly pay: $22 – $30/hour , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
• Overtime opportunities may be available.
• Travel per diem provided when applicable.
