Job Overview
We are currently looking for well-rounded, skilled, and experienced commercial renovation specialists/workers (not management or contractors). You must be able to work with a team and be a good team member.
We are a general contracting firm that does a wide array of commercial, state and federal work.
Responsibilities- Perform a wide variety of trades including framing (steel and wood), window and door installation, LVT, laminate, and other flooring installation, drywall, mud and texture, plumbing, electrical, and painting.
Some jobs may take you out of San Diego into Northern California or Sacramento.
Qualifications- Strong renovation background.
- Self‑motivated, detail oriented, and experienced.
- Honest, timely, and must pay attention to detail.
- Willingness to handle several trades.
- Valid driver’s license, social security card, reliable transportation, a smartphone, and own tools.
